This course places Audio-Visual Entrainment (AVE) at its center — a research-backed technology that uses precise pulses of light and sound to gently guide the brain into altered brainwave states associated with expanded awareness, intuition, and psi development.

What is Audio-Visual Entrainment (AVE)?
Audio-Visual Entrainment is a technique that uses precisely timed pulses of light (delivered through specialized eyesets) and sound (through headphones) to gently and safely guide the brain into targeted brainwave states. Research into the brain processes of psychics, mediums, and energy healers has shown consistent neurological patterns associated with these abilities — and AVE provides a reliable, accessible way to shift the brain toward those same states.
In this course, you will use AVE protocols specifically designed to:

Sessions 1 through 4 each follow the same structure: the first 90 minutes are devoted to AVE-assisted psychic exploration, including research-based instruction and structured light-and-sound protocols; the second 90 minutes move into creative practices and spirit art.
Sessions 5 and 6 are fully dedicated to expanded spirit art techniques while utilizing protocols given in classes 1 through 4.

Participants need access to an AVE device with glasses*. Two options are available:

Stand-alone David Delight PLUS Kit – Fully portable, no PC required; includes multi-color eyeset. This option has everything needed.

Presenters:
Jeff Tarrant, PhD, BCN, is the founder and director of Psychic Mind Science and the NeuroMeditation Institute in Eugene, Oregon. He is a licensed psychologist and board-certified in neurofeedback, specializing in technology-based interventions combined with meditative and non-ordinary states of consciousness. His research explores brainwave changes associated with contemplative practices, AVE, and psychic exploration.
Dr. Tarrant is the author of Becoming Psychic: Lessons from the Minds of Mediums, Healers, and Psychics and Meditation Interventions to Rewire the Brain. His work has been featured on The Dr. Oz Show and in the New York Times bestselling book The Light Between Us by Laura Lynne Jackson.
Maria Forland is a renowned Spirit Artist-Medium and Licensed Esthetician with decades of experience. Her Cape Cod-based studio, Zen Beauty, offers advanced skincare, energy healing, mediumship, workshops, destination retreats, and training circles in-person and on Zoom.
Her artistic journey includes Fine Art Studies at the California Art Institute, Ringling College of Art and Design, UCLA for Special Effects, and specialty courses at Arthur Findlay Collage of Psychic Studies in England.
