Activating Your Third Eye

This 10-minute guided meditation directs attention and intention to activation of the third eye. Once engaged, the attention shifts toward activating the pineal gland in the center of the brain. Finally, the breath is used to direct energy simultaneously to the third eye and pineal gland. This meditation can be used to activate higher states of consciousness along with gamma brainwaves.


Darkness Behind the Eyes

This 5-minute guided meditation incorporates music and clear guidance which leads the listener to a space of giving attention to the darkness behind the eyelids and quieting the mind. This practice quiets the default mode network and may be especially helpful for distancing from negative self-talk or any other unhelpful thinking.


Net of Indra

This 15-minute guided meditation takes the listener through an experience of energetically connecting and interconnecting with all beings, known and unknown, seen and unseen. Through this journey we can connect with feelings of mutual love, comfort, and support. This meditation can be helpful as a way to experiment with ego boundaries, develop compassion, and perspective taking. Right Brain Meditation for Intuition

This 13-minute guided meditation guides the listener's attention through the body into the brain, exploring different regions until finally landing in the right hemisphere. Activating the more intuitive, spacious aspects of the mind, the listener is invited to ask a question of their Higher Self and then listen for a response.


Three Strategy Focus Meditation

This 10-minute meditation guides the listener through a layering of 3 strategies to assist in maintaining attention. The strategies incorporate body sensations, sound, and a simple mantra. Energy-Balancing Qigong Video

This short practice begins with a cleansing of the energy body followed by drawing in positive healing energy (qi) into each of the 3 primary energy centers (dan tians). The third exercise in this set involves (1) connecting the energy energy centers with Heaven and Earth energy and forming an energy bubble around the physical body; (2) drawing the energy down into manifestation for your day. This is a simple, easy to remember practice that can be used throughout the day to recenter, ground, and raise your vibration.
